CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of an entry by a participant for anyreason, dulynotified to the organisers, willresult in the following charges :
- Until 31 January 2009 (paperworkcosts) : 1.500 €
- From 1 February to 18 February 2009 : 50 % of all entry fees and options
- From 19 February 2009 until the start of the event : all entry fees and options.
