CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation of an entry by a participant duly notified to the organizers, for any reasons, will result in the following charges :

• Until january 31th, 2012 : 1.500,00 €
• Between february the 1st and the 15th , 2012: 50% of all entry and options
• Between february the 1st and the 15th , 2012: 50% of all entry and options after February 15th, 2012 : total amount of entry and options
