{"id":6560,"date":"2019-07-07T15:05:01","date_gmt":"2019-07-07T13:05:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/?page_id=6560"},"modified":"2022-11-28T14:38:43","modified_gmt":"2022-11-28T13:38:43","slug":"edition-2019","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/en\/edition-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"BACK TO THE 26th EDITION OF THE RALLY 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>A LOOK BACK ON THE 26<sup style=\"text-transform: lowercase;\">Th<\/sup> RALLY MAROC CLASSIC<br>\r\n16-22 MARCH 2019<\/h1>\r\n<h3>MARRAKECH &#8211; AGADIR &#8211; FOUM ZGUID &#8211; OUARZAZATE &#8211; TAROUDANT &#8211; MARRAKECH<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"su-row\"><div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\r\nSamedi 16 mars 2019, c\u2019est sous un soleil radieux, que se d\u00e9roulait la journ\u00e9e des v\u00e9rifications dans l\u2019enceinte du plus beau palace du monde, La Mamounia \u00e0 Marrakech, choisit comme lieu de d\u00e9part et d\u2019arriv\u00e9e de cette 26\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Rallye Maroc Classic &#8211; La Route du Coeur.\r\nCe d\u00e9part in\u00e9dit pour les 28 \u00e9quipages participants permettait de quitter la \u00ab ville rouge \u00bb en direction des contreforts de l\u2019Atlas, enneig\u00e9s au loin, pour une premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9sert d\u2019Agafay, avant la pause d\u00e9jeuner organis\u00e9e dans cette zone d\u00e9sertique domin\u00e9e par les g\u00e9ants de l\u2019Atlas.\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\r\n<div class=\"su-youtube su-u-responsive-media-yes\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P_RzEl6Z7sI?\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture\" title=\"\"><\/iframe><\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n La suite du parcours constituait un terrain de jeu sinueux et rapide, avant une seconde \u00e9preuve de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentant plusieurs changements de directions et qui allait d\u00e9sorienter certains concurrents. La Porsche 911 des vainqueurs 2018 n\u2019ira malheureusement pas plus loin et l\u2019\u00e9quipage MEZIANE &#038; CHEMAO devra renoncer, \u00e0 grand regret. L\u2019Oc\u00e9an Atlantique, terme de cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, se dessinait au loin, alors que les machines, pilotes et copilotes \u00e9taient d\u00e9sormais \u00ab en jambe \u00bb pour affronter la suite du Rallye. Les \u00e9poux MARIS, au volant de leur Aston Martin DB6 volante, s\u2019emparaient de la t\u00eate du classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avec une seconde et une troisi\u00e8me place en sp\u00e9ciale.\r\n<br><br>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1077\" height=\"175\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5763\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-01.jpg 1077w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-01-300x49.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-01-768x125.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-01-1024x166.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1077px) 100vw, 1077px\" \/>\r\n<br><br>\r\nLa deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, en boucle autour d\u2019Agadir, totalement in\u00e9dite elle aussi, donnait la part belle \u00e0 la \u00ab vall\u00e9e du paradis \u00bb dont la route serpente au gr\u00e9 des m\u00e9andres d\u2019un oued nich\u00e9 au milieu de montagnes arides, aux falaises parfois vertigineuses, avec trois \u00e9preuves de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 non loin des cascades d\u2019Immouzzer. Le d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 Taghazout, les pieds dans le sable, offrait quant \u00e0 lui la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019aller tutoyer les vagues de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an. Les ressources rallystiques in\u00e9puisables de la r\u00e9gion permettaient d\u2019organiser une autre \u00e9preuve sp\u00e9ciale dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi o\u00f9 le seul \u00e9quipage f\u00e9minin du rallye, BENAMOUR &#038; HIRIART, nous offrait un superbe t\u00eate \u00e0 queue au volant de leur Morgan, avant de rentrer \u00e0 Agadir pour un repos m\u00e9rit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9quipage RAYNAL &#038; FIGARET emportera deux \u00e9preuves sp\u00e9ciales et prendra les commandes de l\u2019\u00e9preuve, alors que l\u2019\u00e9quipage GHISTELINCK &#038; DAVID remontait en troisi\u00e8me position en s\u2019adjugeant aussi deux victoires d\u2019\u00e9preuves de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9.\r\n<br><br>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1077\" height=\"175\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5764\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-02.jpg 1077w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-02-300x49.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-02-768x125.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-02-1024x166.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1077px) 100vw, 1077px\" \/>\r\n<br><br>\r\nPour la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, la plus longue du rallye, c\u2019est le parcours d\u2019une \u00e9tape ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 piment\u00e9 le rallye par le pass\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour lancer les concurrents vers Tafraoute et ses \u00e9normes rochers ronds. La Ferrari de l\u2019\u00e9quipage VERZELE &#038; YEKNABACHI sera alors victime d\u2019un probl\u00e8me de radiateur et devra quitter la comp\u00e9tition \u00e0 la mi-journ\u00e9e sur le site des \u00ab rochers peints \u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9quipage ROCHE &#038; RENAUDAT, avec un tripmaster ajust\u00e9, remportait la huiti\u00e8me sp\u00e9ciale au volant de leur Alpine A110 et pouvait \u00eatre ravi de leur succ\u00e8s. Un voyage \u00e9tonnant de plus de 200km attendait ensuite les participants, vers les terres habit\u00e9es d\u2019innombrables cailloux et pierres, d\u2019acacias et de palmeraies, pour rejoindre Foum Zguid et passer la nuit dans les dunes, au sein d\u2019un bivouac de luxe. L\u2019AC Cobra des \u00e9poux LEVAUX remportera les deux \u00e9preuves sp\u00e9ciales disput\u00e9s durant l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi et reste donc en embuscade au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. La soir\u00e9e fut alors festive pour tous les participants, autour du feu de camp. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab Prestige \u00bb, les \u00e9poux OUVIER se montr\u00e8rent \u00e9tonnant de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et continu\u00e8rent leur moisson de victoires de sp\u00e9ciales.\r\n<br><br>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1077\" height=\"175\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5765\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-03.jpg 1077w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-03-300x49.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-03-768x125.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-03-1024x166.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1077px) 100vw, 1077px\" \/>\r\n<br><br>\r\nLe rallye repris la route assez t\u00f4t le matin pour la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape menant \u00e0 Ouarzazate. Trois \u00e9preuves sp\u00e9ciales, \u00e0 Foum el Ouad, \u00e0 la Mine de Bouazzer ainsi que l\u2019ascension du Tizi N Tinifift, \u00e9taient propos\u00e9es pour cette demi \u00e9tape menant au d\u00e9jeuner servi \u00ab bord piscine \u00bb \u00e0 Ouarzazate. L\u2019\u00e9quipage LEVIE &#038; DEWOLF remportera la douzi\u00e8me \u00e9preuve sp\u00e9ciale au volant de leur BMW 1600. Une apr\u00e8s-midi de d\u00e9tente au coeur de la cit\u00e9 du cin\u00e9ma \u00e9tait ensuite programm\u00e9e, toujours sous un grand beau temps, pr\u00e9sent depuis le d\u00e9part et qui \u00e0 choisi de nous accompagner tout au long de l\u2019\u00e9preuve, avec des temp\u00e9ratures avoisinent les 30 degr\u00e9s. Il fallait cependant reprendre le volant une fois la nuit tomb\u00e9e, vers la Vall\u00e9e des 1000 kasbahs d\u2019Ait Benhaddou et parcourir une \u00e9preuve disputait de nuit qui sera remport\u00e9e par GHISTELINCK &#038; DAVID, non sans s\u2019\u00eatre fait une \u00ab frayeur \u00bb lors d\u2019un passage d\u2019oued, avant de d\u00eener dans une superbe kasbah et rentrer ensuite vers Ouarzazate dans la soir\u00e9e. Les positions au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral resteront inchang\u00e9s mais les \u00e9carts diminueront, avec encore deux \u00e9tapes \u00e0 parcourir. Chez les \u00ab Prestige \u00bb, malgr\u00e9 le changement de voiture et la lourde p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 qui en d\u00e9coulait, l\u2019\u00e9quipage VERZELE &#038; YEKNABACHI remportait cette \u00e9preuve de nuit et se montrait ravi de cette performance \u00e0 l\u2019annonce des r\u00e9sultats.\r\n<br><br>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1077\" height=\"175\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5766\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-04.jpg 1077w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-04-300x49.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-04-768x125.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-04-1024x166.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1077px) 100vw, 1077px\" \/>\r\n<br><br>\r\nLa cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9tape vers Taroudant faisait figure de \u00ab classique \u00bb pour quitter Ouarzazate, la \u00ab porte du d\u00e9sert \u00bb vers l\u2019Ouest en direction de Tazenakht, connu pour \u00eatre le plus grand centre de tissage de tapis berb\u00e8re du Royaume. C\u2019est dans cette r\u00e9gion que les concurrents ont disput\u00e9 cons\u00e9cutivement deux \u00e9preuves de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 avec l\u2019ascension du Tizi N Bachkoum et ses c\u00e9l\u00e8bres \u00e9pingles \u00e0 cheveux. A Taliouine \u00e9tait organis\u00e9 un d\u00e9jeuner avec vue panoramique sur la vall\u00e9e du safran avec la possiblit\u00e9 d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir quelques grammes de l\u2019or rouge (le safran \u00e9tant l\u2019\u00e9pice la plus ch\u00e8re au monde). Les concurrents ont particip\u00e9 ensuite \u00e0 l\u2019ultime \u00e9preuve sp\u00e9ciale de la journ\u00e9e avant de rejoindre Taroudant, la petite Marrakech, comme se plaisent \u00e0 la nommer les marocains, et qui accueillait une arriv\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tape, grande premi\u00e8re depuis la cr\u00e9ation du rallye. L\u2019\u00e9quipage RAYNAL &#038; FIGARET est parvenu \u00e0 creuser l\u2019\u00e9cart dans des \u00e9preuves taill\u00e9s pour leur monture. Leur Shelby Cobra pointe toujours en t\u00eate.\r\n<br><br>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1077\" height=\"175\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5767\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-05.jpg 1077w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-05-300x49.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-05-768x125.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.rallye-maroc-classic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20190326A-05-1024x166.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1077px) 100vw, 1077px\" \/>\r\n<br><br>\r\nLa sixi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape s\u2019annon\u00e7ait comme le juge de paix de ce cru 2019 avec l\u2019ascension du col du Tizi N\u2019 Test, r\u00e9put\u00e9e comme l\u2019une des routes les plus impressionnantes du Maroc et franchissant le Haut Altas. Tois\u00e9 par le Jbel Toubkal, la journ\u00e9e commen\u00e7ait sur une route large et sinueuse, sans r\u00e9elles difficult\u00e9 pour mener \u00e0 une \u00e9preuve sp\u00e9ciale, tout en mont\u00e9e. Sur cette route devenant, au fil des kilom\u00e8tres, de plus en plus \u00e9troite, tortueuse et bord\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e0 pics impressionnants, permettant de franchir le col perch\u00e9 \u00e0 2100m d\u2019altitude. Les points de vue \u00e9taient \u00e0 couper le souffle au moment de franchir ce \u00ab g\u00e9ant \u00bb et disputer deux nouvelles \u00e9preuves de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, en descente. Il fallait conserver le rythme pour d\u00e9fendre sa place au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avant de rentrer \u00e0 Marrakech et le pari d\u2019assurer le r\u00e9sultats sans prendre de risque aura \u00e9t\u00e9 le bon choix pour l\u2019\u00e9quipage RAYNAL &#038; FIGARET qui r\u00e9sist\u00e8rent toute la journ\u00e9e au assauts de GHISTELINCK &#038; DAVID, qui durent aussi se d\u00e9fendre face aux \u00e9poux MARIS, bien accroch\u00e9s \u00e0 leur troisi\u00e8me place. GHISTELINCK &#038; DAVID, en Mercedes 280 SE, grands amateurs de \u00ab r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 \u00bb auront tout tent\u00e9 pour d\u00e9crocher une nouvelle victoire et durent d\u00e9fendre leur 2\u00e8me place face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipage MARIS &#038; MARIS (Aston Martin DB6 Volante) qui compl\u00e9taient alors le classement final.\r\n<br><br>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"su-row\"><div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\r\nDu c\u00f4t\u00e9 des prestiges, le couple OUVIER &#038; OUVIER remporte le rallye pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive en emp\u00eachant 17 victoires de sp\u00e9ciales sur les 21 possibles, au volant d\u2019une BMW Z4 3.5i, tandis que l\u2019\u00e9quipage LUCCHITI &#038; LUCCHITI monte sur la 2\u00e8me marche du podium, sur leur Mercedes AMG, sans \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019instruments de navigation. Les \u00e9poux TRIPER (Porsche Boxter S) qui d\u00e9couvraient la \u00ab r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 \u00bb s\u2019emparaient aussi de la 3\u00e8me place lors de l\u2019ultime \u00e9preuve sp\u00e9ciale !\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\r\n<div class=\"su-youtube su-u-responsive-media-yes\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JWzNahzTDQ4?\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay;
