New format & route for the Morocco Classic 2017

Dear friends & competitors,

After the success of the first “Rallye Entre 2 Mers », proposed by Cyril Neveu, where 60 crews discovered the south of France from St-Tropez to Biarritz driving their cars on racetracks, the CNP team now heads to Morocco to prepare the 24th edition of the Rally Morocco Classic – La Route du Coeur.
Rally recce led by Aurélien Hamart will take place from 23 to 30 October and will definitely validate the articulated stages around the cities of Casablanca, Essaouira, Agadir, Ouarzazate and Marrakech and create the regularity tests that will await competitors from 11 to 18 March 2017.

Rally Morocco Classic: from 11 to 18 March 2017

The itinerary for this new edition is both classic and innovative because it will take much of the now unavoidable “monuments” of previous editions and also offer many new features to ensure participants an experience every time renewed.

The regions will offer sumptuous sets to the Atlantic coast in Casablanca, Essaouira and Agadir before joining mountains in the provinces of Ouarzazate.

The journey of seven days and some 2000 km will be made in integrality on paved roads and will end in Marrakech on the new Moulay El Hassan circuit Marrakech, completely re-designed, that hosts the grand prize of Formula E on the occasion of the COP22 this month in Morocco.

Loop stages for further discovery and relaxation

Note that the rally will perform steps in a loop around Agadir and Ouarzazate to allocate more time to the epicurians wishing to enjoy the many spas (and other entertainment) proposed by Morocco and the institutions we are visiting.

While staying 2 consecutive nights in the same hotel, it will be possible to discover or rediscover some cities and regions of Morocco a rally too punctuated could not propose.

Registration is open!

Some crews have already validated their registration for this 24th edition of the Morocco Classic and we wanted to remind you that you have until November 15 this year to benefit from reduced entry fees.

We expect forty committed crews for 2017 and we expect to see you there to compete with regularity rallies specialists but also from less diligent competitors having simply to desire to discover the Kingdom of Morocco and take advantage of its fairyland and its legendary hospitality.

The rally is open to all, whether you are an experienced or novice crew, we will offer you a rally at your expectations in this unique country: Morocco. As it is the case each year, the entire event will also be covered by the services order of the Kingdom of Morocco.

So we give you appointment in the coming days to present you detailed profiles of the stages and photos of the multitude of landscapes encountered during rally recce taking place in less than 15 days now!
